Guillaume Genton: “Still not nice…”, his collaboration with Cécile de Ménibus remains in his throat


Now producer and columnist for TPMP, Guillaume Genton began his career with Jean-Marc Morandini. At the time, he met Cécile de Ménibus of whom he does not have warm memories, as he confided, without filter, to Jordan De Luxe.

Since 2017, Guillaume Genton has been one of Cyril Hanouna’s columnists in TPMP. A rapid ascent for this TV and radio enthusiast since the age of 12.

On the set of Chez Jordan De Luxe, Guillaume Genton returned to the admiration he has for Jean-Marc Morandini. “I met him when he was at Europe 1 in Strasbourg. They had done a relocation. I went to see him, I interviewed him and I gave him a model. He asked me to take part in his competition“recalled the producer. “A guy who gives you access to the middle of your dream and who is interested in people who are passionate, well, well done !“, he estimated. After meeting Jean-Marc Morandini, Guillaume Genton began working in the audiovisual production sector. “Did it go well with Cécile de Ménibus who worked on Jean-Marc’s show?”, Jordan De Luxe then asked. Questioned about his relationship with Cécile de Ménibus, Guillaume Genton did not hide his disaffection for the host revealed to the general public in The Cauet Method. “She wasn’t nice…and she still isn’t nice…but hey, it doesn’t matter”launched the TPMP columnist. “She didn’t make you feel comfortable. He’s not a nice person. But that’s just my opinion, well, not just mine I think (laughing)”launched Guillaume Genton who said he encountered the host again without having spoken to her. “I don’t talk to him. I’m not really interested”he said.
