Invited to the Halloween party but no costume yet? With these last-minute costumes, the scary factor is not neglected.

It’s getting spooky again: On October 31st, vampires, ghosts and other creepy creatures will be roaming the streets. It doesn’t always have to be an expensive or elaborate costume from the shop. Some costumes can be styled from things you already have at home. These are the best and quickest last minute Halloween costumes for anyone who is running out of time just before the party.

Impromptu Costume: The Mummy

Walking undead should not be missing at any Halloween party. The costume can be created with just a few utensils: A completely white outfit creates a good base, then gauze bandages are wrapped around the body from head to toe and attached to the clothing with safety pins. Fake dark circles under the eyes can be conjured up with a little dark eye shadow, white powder brings a sickly pallor to the face. To make it a little scarier, you can smear some fake blood on the gauze bandages.

Wednesday Addams

The never laughing girl from the world famous “Addams Family” has always been one of the most popular Halloween costumes. And nobody has to throw themselves into the expense. All you need is a white blouse with a collar, a black dress, ponytails and black shoes. The blouse comes under the dress and the hair is braided into two side braids. A little light powder imitates Wednesday Addams’ pale complexion.

The classic: bloodthirsty vampire

Of course, Count Dracula and his cronies shouldn’t be missing on Halloween. A basic vampire costume requires black pants and a white shirt or other dressy outfit. Vampires are pale – the face should be made up accordingly: white powder, black kajal and dark eye shadow. Some fake blood and plastic teeth round off the bloodthirsty look.

The scary doll: Annabelle

You don’t want to play with this doll: Annabelle is said to be possessed by a demon and served as a template for the horror film “The Conjuring”. Maximum scare factor, but simple disguise: the doll wears her hair in two side braids, tied with gift ribbon bows. A white ruffled dress, dark red lipstick and large, made-up doll eyes complete the costume.

Fake millionaire heiress Anna Delvey

While last year the green sweatpants from the Netflix series “Squid Game” led the search for Halloween costumes, this year completely different costume ideas from pop culture are at the top. The characters from “Stranger Things” as well as Elvis and “Top Gun” costumes are particularly popular this year. Also unusual: The con artist Anna Delvey from the viral series “Inventing Anna” is one of the most popular searches for Halloween costumes. Probably also because the costume can be created last minute without much effort. The key accessory to Delvey’s look is the eye-catching black-framed glasses and black choker that the fake heiress wore to court. A white dress, straightened long hair and black ballet flats complete the simple last minute Halloween look.
