Harrison Ford lost his credit card in Italy. A German tourist handed them over to the police as an honest citizen.

Harrison Ford (79) is currently filming the fifth “Indiana Jones” film in Palermo, Italy. The actor lost his credit card in Sicily, according to Italian and US media reports. However, a German tourist proved himself to be an honest citizen and took the credit card to the police.

On his Facebook account Simon Milewski posted a photo with Harrison Ford. Finding the credit card and handing it in was “actually quite normal,” he wrote. “But with a Hollywood star like Harrison Ford, that can of course cause quite a stir.” The media coverage surprised him “quite a bit”: Italian, German and American media picked up the news.

Meeting Harrison Ford was the highlight of the vacation in Italy

The “mirror” said the man from Baden-Württemberg that the actor was “very nice”. The encounter with him was a highlight of his vacation. Previously, the Italian police had already published a photo with Fordshowing him with three policemen from the seaside resort of Mondello. The 79-year-old happily shows the credit card into the camera.

Disney recently announced that the fifth “Indiana Jones” film will hit theaters later than expected: the strip has even been postponed for a full year. Instead of July 2022, the film will not hit the big screens in the USA until June 30, 2023.
