(CercleFinance.com) – Haulotte Group announces that its general meeting, which met on May 24, decided in particular to distribute a dividend per share of a gross amount of 0.22 euros for the past financial year, i.e. the total sum of 6.9 million euros.
The lifting platform manufacturer will not receive any dividend for the treasury shares held by it on the ex-dividend date, which is set for July 14, at the opening of the stock market. The payment of the dividend will take place on July 18.
