A violent man viciously attacked his partner just after learning that the latter’s mother was coming.
The facts took place on November 17, in Achères, in Les Mureaux (Yvelines). As our colleagues from 78 Actu report, a four-month-pregnant mother had to face the violent temper of his companion, with whom she did not live, however, when he had just learned a completely banal news. Present in the young woman’s apartment, the man is “flew into a rage” when he learned that his partner’s mother, with whom he does not get along at all, was coming.
As the young woman told the police station the next day when she went to file a complaint, the man then gave him a huge slap who tipped her into the tub, the couple being in the bathroom at the time. The accused then turned on the water to soak his pregnant wife, before grabbing her by the neck and beginning to strangle her. But the terrible scene does not end there. Also according to the victim’s account, the man then grabbed a bottle of bleach and threatened to make her blind by screaming: “I will burn your eyes! I will make you blind!“
One year in prison
Dragging her into the living room, the 35-year-old continued to abusing the young pregnant woman in front of their 5 year old daughter by pushing her against a piece of furniture with such force that the piece of furniture broke. It was only when the victim’s mother arrived that he finally fled, grabbing the young woman’s phone as he passed and leaving the apartment, shouting: “I’m going to kill you !”. Following his complaint filed on November 18, the man appeared before the Versailles court on December 8 and was sentenced to one year in prison with immediate imprisonment and, once out, a ban on approaching the victim’s home and coming into contact with her. This is not the first time that the accused has gone to court.
