Prince Harry’s next documentary series, Heart of Invictus, is set to premiere later this year, Netflix has announced.
It was only in December last year that the documentary series “Harry & Meghan” about Prince Harry (38) and Duchess Meghan (41) caused a sensation on Netflix – and made the best start of a documentary program on the streaming service to date. Netflix has now announced the start window for the next documentary project by Harry and Meghan’s production company Archewell Productions: “Heart of Invictus” will start on the Californian streaming service in summer 2023.
This is what Heart of Invictus is about
The multi-part documentary series “Heart of Invictus” examines Harry’s Invictus Games, a Paralympic sporting event for disabled soldiers. As Netflix announced on Twitterthe docu-series “follows a group of exceptional competitors from around the world – soldiers who have suffered life-changing injuries or illnesses – on their journey to the Invictus Games”.
The Invictus Games 2020 took place in April 2022 in The Hague – delayed due to the corona pandemic. There it could already be observed how camera teams followed Harry and his wife Meghan. In September 2023, the Invictus Games will then take place in Germany for the first time, in the North Rhine-Westphalian state capital Düsseldorf.
