Fentanyl, cocaine, hydrocodone, oxycodone and alprazolam (generic drug containing Xanax) were detected in his system. TMZ cited the autopsy report compiled by the Travis County Medical Examiner’s Office, on the late comedian seen in the series NCIS and bones. Heath Freeman was only 41 years old.
The actor was found unconscious in his bed in the city of Austin, Texas, on November 14. The terrible news had been confirmed by Shanna Moakler. The former Miss USA (and ex-girlfriend of drummer Travis Barker, now engaged to Kourtney Kardashian) paid her a touching tribute on Instagram, writing: “I am heartbroken to learn of the loss of my dear friend Heath Freeman, talented actor, director, producer, exceptional chef and loyal friend. I will miss you so much and will cherish all the amazing memories we were able to share…and God knows we had a lot of good times!! Good luck to you.“
