Today Helene Fischer’s new album “Rausch” is out. In the course of this, unseen photos are published – and they can be seen!
It’s not even two weeks since pop singer Helene Fischer, 37, confirmed her pregnancy on Instagram. Today the mother-to-be is releasing her new album “Rausch”. In line with this, Universal Music publishes a previously unseen photo of the singer. Helene Fischer has never been seen like this before!

In a white blazer and only with briefs and bralette, Helene Fischer poses for the cover of her new album. The singer wears her hair open and styled back, while she looks casually into the camera. Since she has not completely put on the blazer, the view of the 37-year-old’s belly becomes clear. What can be seen here amazes her fans: You can see clearly defined abdominal muscles.
Of course, this stunning figure doesn’t come from anywhere. The pop singer always trained a lot for her stage program, after all, she always performed the wildest acrobatic numbers for her audience; sometimes even in the air. Whoever does that has to keep fit.
This is how she keeps fit
In 2019, a video about her workout routine was published on Helene’s official YouTube account. There acrobatics head coach Simon Fortin reveals that he is doing more fitness training with the singer and not classic workouts. Above all, exercises for the core and shoulder muscles are extremely important.
The photos of her cover shoot reveal that Helene Fischer apparently took the exercises very seriously. But meanwhile the singer has had to say goodbye to her hard six-pack because of her pregnancy. A small evil that Helene is sure to be happy to accept. Only yesterday (October 14th) she appeared in public for the first time with a baby bump. It is not yet known when exactly the first child she and her partner Thomas Seitel will be born with.
