Günter Seitel raves about his "daughter-in-law" Helene Fischer and her relationship with son Thomas.
Helene Fischer (36, "color game") keeps her private life with her partner Thomas Seitel (36) strictly out of the public eye. Günter Seitel (69) now provides a little insight. Thomas Seitel's father chats in interviews from which the magazine "Bunte" quotes about meeting the pop singer. "Helene is with me and I agree with Helene. We are very nice and nice," explains the amateur actor and choir singer. The pop singer is very bondable and he also knows her parents. Between his son and Fischer "it's definitely a great love."
The couple have already paid him longer visits. "Thank God I have the possibility that you have your own, closed, beautiful apartment with me in the attic. You don't bother me there. I don't bother you," explains Seitel. As soon as it goes again because of Corona, he wants to visit the two again. He maintains "the best contact with his son and the singer. There is nothing wrong and nothing wrong. My son calls me at least two or three times a week." He already liked Fischer, "she wasn't even with Thomas then." He valued her as a good singer and "because she's acrobatic, which I like as a former athlete," says Seitel.
What are the couple's future plans?
Maybe Fischer will become his daughter-in-law someday – "or not", says Seitel with a low profile. The 69-year-old emphasizes that he does not know anything about further future plans of the two. "Honestly not! Well, Thomas would tell me that he is going to be a father. I don't know if you want to have children. I don't know when the house will be ready."
The relationship with Thomas Seitel followed Helene Fischer's long relationship with Florian Silbereisen (39). The couple announced their separation in December 2018 after more than ten years together. In August 2019, the singer said in an interview with Frank Elstner (78) about her new boyfriend: "He is caring, he is loving and he is simply the new man by my side who – I believe – also make my life very easy (…) Who is wonderful, who fits exactly – and where I can imagine everything. " Fischer is said to have acquired a building plot on Lake Ammersee in 2017.
