A real surprise for Sony with its 155,926 simultaneous players, Helldiverse 2 continues its rise to success. While its February 11 statistics shattered the record for a Sony title previously held by God of War and its 73,529 players, the TPS reached a new peak of nearly 458,046 simultaneous players on Steam on February 25.
A real performance for a Sony game which forces the Arrowhead Game Studios teams to take action. Indeed, already increased several times, the capacity of the servers had to be increased again to cap this time at 800,000 players.
Johan Pilestedt, CEO of Arrowhead Game Studios and Creative Director of Helldiverse 2, in fact confirmed that the ceiling had been increased over the weekend. He also took advantage of this press release to thank the studio of around 100 developers for its incredible achievement.
