Patrick Antonelli was sentenced for the first time in June 2020 to four years in prison, two of which were suspended, as well as a fine of 100,000 euros by the Nanterre criminal court. He then appealed. “The investigation had uncovered the issuance of 258 fraudulent permits, some of which had benefited celebrities. (…) The driving license generally cost 8,000 euros“, explains the newspaper. The Nanterre prosecution would have estimated the total amount of the scheme at 400,000 euros. From now on, Patrick Antonelli is strictly prohibited from exercising a profession in the commercial or industrial world.
