Which products will be impacted by the price increase?
A true Christmas star, although it is debated, foie gras is one of the foods affected by the price increase. In fact, it has increased by around 5% compared to last year, when the price had already increased significantly. This is explained, according to CIFOG, by avian flu and the costs linked to the new vaccination of ducks.
