here are the good and bad surprises of dynamic and real estate funds

In addition to the main euro fund of your life insurance, your bank or insurer can offer a second euro fund that is riskier and (often) more profitable. Here are their returns for the year 2023.

Within a life insurance contract, in addition to the main fund in euros, your bank or insurer can make a second or third, more specific fund available to the saver. Invested more heavily in stocks or real estate, they can prove more profitable…Most often. In fact, their yields fluctuate much more strongly from one year to the next.

Funds subject to access constraints

Suravenir Opportunits 2, NoEuro Garanti2, Euroflex, Innovalia, Scurit Flex Euro are indeed funds in euros, guaranteed (at least in part) in capital but which have the particularity of providing a negative return in the event of a bad year. These funds are managed more riskily or more dynamic than traditional euro funds and can therefore display high rates… Or bring nothing back to the saver.

This is the case, for example, for funds Security Target Euro Or NoEuro Guaranteed2 who served zero points in 2022, but respectively posted returns of 3.38% and 2.30% for the year 2023. The trend has reversed for certain funds invested in real estate, such as Scurit Pierre Euro of the Srnipierre contract which provides a return of 0% this year compared to 2.30% in 2022.

These very specific euro funds are most often subject to certain access constraints and in particular a compulsory investment in units of account. This is the case for example for the Rendement 2 and Opportunities 2 funds which respectively require a minimum share of 30% and 50% of investment in units of account (UA). Other specific funds are only accessible once a year, like Scurit Target Euro. The saver must deposit his money in the Euro Tremplin waiting fund before investing in Scurit Target Euro.
