Born January 5, 1986, Lucien Gainsbourg known as Lulu Gainsbourg, is the son of singer Serge Gainsbourg and singer Bambou. Musician and composer, he does a lot more discreet than his half-sister Charlotte Gainsbourg. However, they had both collaborated on the second album of Yvan Attal’s partner. While he began to release personal musical projects, in 2011 then in 2015, we will have to wait until 2021 to discover Lulu Gainsbourg’s fourth studio album, entitled Replay.
After a media break, Charlotte Gainsbourg’s half-brother revealed on his account Instagram to have signed with an extremely reputable music label. “Big news friends…? Yesterday morning, I joined Warner Music’s Parlophone label! I can’t wait to start this new adventure with them and present my new project to you in 2024? Thanks to Anne Cordier and the entire Warner team for their trust”, he wrote in the caption of a boomerang revealing his signature on what appears to be a contract.

Recently, on the occasion of the opening of Serge Gainsbourg’s house in Paris, Charlotte Gainsbourg made rare confidences about his half-brother from Release. “Siblings, I realize how fundamental it is. A few days ago, my little brother Lulu came to tour the house, and he seemed very moved, very happy that it was open”, she declared.
