Here it all begins (spoilers): Salome in a relationship with Swan, Teyssier threatens them

On July 22 in Here it all begins, Louis swings Theo’s secrets to a journalist, Solal leaves the Table des Rivières, while Salomé and Swan kiss but Teyssier threatens them.

In the episode ofHere it all starts Friday, July 22, in the early morning, Marius (Damas Roy) asks Greg (Mikaël Mittelstadt) to join him urgently in his room. And for good reason, after coming up from his breakfast, he saw on the sheets of his bed a huge stain of red food coloring to look like blood. He is convinced that the person who did this is the one who sent them the threatening message the day before. For Greg, only one person can be behind all this: Alban! Since they are the only two to have seen the blood in the sea and they haven’t told anyone about it, only Alban could want to destabilize them like this. The most likely hypothesis according to Greg is thathe takes revenge on them because they are part of Noémie’s brigade (Lucia Passaniti), because of whom he lost everything. Marius doesn’t believe it and prefers to stick to their initial plan: notify the police if Alban doesn’t reappear during the day. During training, Noémie nevertheless notices that Marius and Greg are not focused.

They end up revealing everything to him. Like Greg, chef Matret also thinks that Alban could be behind this staging. She decides to take matters into her own hands by calling Alban and asks Marius not to go to the police. Noémie therefore goes to meet Teyssier (Benjamin Baroche) to talk to him about Alban. She admits to him that she feels somewhat responsible for his disappearance. Emmanuel claims that Alban’s only talent is to sabotage the work of others. When they were apprentices, he did everything for them to fail, even if he was always unable to digest a failure. He concludes by assuring that Alban will not be missed. Noémie then sends a message to Alban telling him thatshe will report him to the police if he continues to threaten his squad. In the process, she receives a call but simply hears the heavy breathing of her interlocutor.

For his part, Teyssier put a lot of pressure on his brigade. He perceives their second place in the previous day’s event as a failure. He enters this contest to win. He therefore wants Salomé (Aurélie Pons) and Enzo (Azize Diabaté) to review all the techniques. Except that the two clerks are exhausted. They have been in the kitchen since 7 a.m. and the test the day before lasted six hours. They need a break. At the same time, Salomé receives a message from Swan (Cyril Durel) offering to join him at the beach, so she manages to convince Teyssier to give them the afternoon off, which will allow them to be more efficient the next day. Neither one nor two, so she leaves to find the handsome young man. The opportunity for them to make a better relationship. Swan’s passion for cooking stems from his childhood in Osaka, Japan where his stepfather ran a restaurant and where he lived. Above all, Swan confides in Salomé that he wants to kiss her, which she invites him to do. They then exchange a first and tender kiss.. But Teyssier surprises them on their return from the beach. He requires Salomé not to have a relationship with one of their competitors. Nevertheless, the young woman stands up to her and does not let her director dictate her conduct. Except this one the threat of dismissing her from her brigade if she keeps fooling around with Swan.

Solal leaves the River Table, Gaëtan and Tony have a plan

Solal (Benjamin Douba-Paris) announces to Gaëtan (Terence Telle) and Tony (Kévin Dias) that the Table des Rivières is going to close, since he has decided to leave. He thought he could manage the restaurant and the intensive revisions for the entrance exam to the Institute, but he can’t. Information that greatly annoyed the owner who asked him to close as soon as possible. Nevertheless, Solal believes he is looking for a replacement for him. Tony then realizes he’s been fired, while Gaëtan finds this action risky in case of failure in the competition. But Solal needs to move on. And if the Auguste Armand Institute does not want him, he will find another school. To achieve its goal, Solal even signed up for a summer course organized by chef Listrac (Virginia Caliari). Tony acknowledges the blow but still wishes good luck to his friend.

Axel (Thomas Da Costa) and Solal therefore attend the presentation of this course called “The tips of the chefs” which will begin next week. This will allow them toacquire more precise techniques and therefore save them time in the kitchen. Throughout the training, the Listrac chef will be assisted by Jasmine (Zoï Sévérin), and in order to be closer to her values, they will only cook vegetarian. In the marshes, Gaëtan makes a surprising proposal to Tony : both take over the Table des Rivières to make a coffee shop. Gaëtan not working full time at the Institute, he estimates that he will have time to combine these two jobs. A project for which Tony is ready. The two young people therefore wish integrate the summer training of the Listrac chef. But as they are extremely novices, Olivia wants to give them a test to make sure that this internship will be suitable for them.

Before the service, Théo (Khaled Alouach) warns his brigade that they are going receive a visit from a culinary journalist. This is Suzanne Coste (Elodie Buisson), who generally does the portraits of great chefs. She comes to watch them work. Theo therefore expects them to remain focused, rigorous and attentive. Ambre (Claire Romin), Tom (Tom Darmon) and Deva (Kathy Packianathan) worry about Théo because of his breakup with Célia (Rebecca Benhamour). They are afraid that it will prevent him from ensuring in the kitchen but the person concerned insists that his private life has nothing to do in the kitchen. Arriving in the kitchen, the journalist observes Theo directing and advising the members of his brigade, and takes notes. Suzanne notes their good team spirit and Theo’s composure. She then interviews the young man but is intrusive about his family and love life. The young chef prefers not to pour out on these subjects and puts an end to the interview. So she falls back on Charlene (Pola Petrenko) having a drink on the terrace with Louis (Fabian Wolfrom). The latter instantly swings that Theo has just broken up, even letting go that he preferred to separate from his girlfriend to give himself body and soul at the Vatel price. Revelations that greatly annoy Charlene.
