Jim wants revenge on Teyssier
During breakfast, Thibault confronts Jim about the photo montages he found and deleted from his computer the day before. Jim explains that he wants to make Teyssier pay for what he did to their mother. Thibault believes that if their mother lost custody of them it was because she drove drunk with them in the back and they had an accident. But Jim, who admits to having reconnected with her for some time, declares that she had been drinking for a very specific reason: their father had just dumped her because Teyssier had told him that she was cheating on him when it was false.
For his part, Teyssier offers Anaïs a return ticket to Paris so that she can spend the weekend there with Théo. The young woman is in heaven.
Back in his office, Teyssier receives Marc, who continues to proclaim his innocence in the story of the faked photo and the anonymous message. Teyssier declares that he believes it. Marc insists on the fact that his position as director does not interest him, he who has always been a man of the outdoors and adventure. Moreover, he received an offer to go and cook in Egypt, at the foot of the pyramids of Giza. Teyssier gives him his agreement.
Finding Constance in the hallway, however, Teyssier confides to her that he is still wary of Marc. On the contrary, his wife advises him to stop doubting himself.
Later, Teyssier comes to get a utensil from the studio where Jim is cooking a cod carpaccio. By observing him, Teyssier notices that he is doing it very badly. He doesn’t have the right knife or the right technique and decides to show her how to do it. Jim would like to be able to ask him for advice in the future, which Teyssier happily accepts.
Thibault, who overheard their conversation, wonders what his brother is up to. Once alone with him, Jim reveals his plan: to get closer to Teyssier to take revenge. Worried that his brother will be kicked out of the Institute if it becomes known, Thibault advises him to think before acting…
Malik is sure of having unmasked Ophélie
At the Institute, Ambre welcomes Kelly, back from her internship. She tells her friend that she finds Lionel changed since he became valedictorian and worked with chef Vaton. She hopes her presumptuous behavior will pass.
At the CDI, Malik joins Ambre and Kelly to revise. He thus meets the latter with whom he has many points in common. While he openly flirts with her, Ambre tries to put an end to it by imposing silence.
Later, Malik finds Ambre in the park to give her a chocolate fondant that he cooked between two classes, just to make up for it. He explains that he thinks Kelly is great, but that he doesn’t want to sleep with her. He adds that he feels the same way about Ambre. Embarrassed, she slips away, retorting that she would never have been interested in a vacation in the Vercors – where Malik’s parents have a house. The young boy is surprised that she talks about it because he has never mentioned it since he arrived at the Institute.
At the Coffee Shop, Souleymane and Solal discuss the relationship between Ambre and Malik. According to Souleymane, their friend found Ambre’s behavior suspicious, as if she was personally angry with him. At the same time, Malik joins them to announce that he has finally unmasked Ophélie!
Listrac course causes sensation
Gathered at the Workshop, the Master’s students discover the identity of their new director: Olivia Listrac. She announces that she wants to start on new bases, in particular by changing their group dynamic. She wants the two classes to mix so that everyone works on everyone’s projects. The students are skeptical.
To show them what she expects of them, the chef offers them a group exercise: each student must first choose one or two ingredients of their choice, then prepare a gourmet dish all together in twenty minutes.

Finally, the students manage to coordinate together and take out a plate within the allotted time.
