In the next episode of “Here it all begins”… Tensions in the kitchen for the double wedding menu. Enzo is in the throes of disappointment. At Double A, Teyssier makes a troubling decision for Theo.

Eliott and Hortense no longer get along
Hortense goes to the roommate, delighted to learn that Greg has finally cleared things up with his father. Greg talks about the gift he gave her with Eliott: a house in Tokyo. Greg admits that he really wants to settle there for good. Finding herself alone with Eliott, Hortense tries to find out how he feels about this decision because she knows that he does not feel well in Japan. Eliott prefers to take one problem at a time. He makes Hortense promise not to tell Greg about it.
Meanwhile, Jasmine, Vic and Lionel offer Teyssier to be involved in the decisions concerning the double marriage, as Mehdi’s witness. He offers him to manage the interviews of his relatives for a video editing, then invites him to the bachelor party. But Teyssier has other fish to fry.
At the Atelier, Hortense joins Mehdi and Jude cooking. She is dying to repeat Eliott’s secret to her boyfriend, but he dissuades her. Hortense then takes an interest in what Jude cooks: it’s sugared almonds. Finding it too conventional, Hortense offers to create personalized chocolates with the names of the bride and groom on them.
Later, Greg and Eliott stop by the Atelier in the hope of tasting Mehdi’s cake. This one shows them instead the personalized chocolates that he made with Jude, on an idea of Hortense. After tasting them, Greg and Eliott validate them. On her way, Hortense offers to put their heads on each chocolate. Greg thinks that she goes beyond the limits and imposes her refusal. Disappointed with the behavior of his best friend, Eliott turns on his heels.
Outside the Atelier, Eliott tries to understand why Hortense insists so much on imposing ideas that will not please Greg. The young woman replies that she feels her best friend step aside to please her fiancé. Eliott considers that he simply has to make compromises to make his relationship work. He criticizes Hortense for making no effort and begins to doubt the relevance of celebrating a double marriage.
In the locker room, Mehdi defends Hortense against Greg. He reminds her that they are both going to marry original, somewhat whimsical people, and that it is for these reasons that they love them. He suggests to Greg to reverse the roles and put himself in the place of Hortense, who, as a chef, is not even allowed to give her opinion on the menu of her own wedding. Greg admits that’s not cool.
At the roommate, Hortense celebrates her bachelor party with Vic and Deva. Hortense pours herself several glasses of champagne to forget her grief over her argument with Eliott. She fears that their double marriage will be annulled because of the tensions between them. Vic and Deva encourage him to talk to her to work things out.
In the park of the Institute, Greg and Eliott find themselves, having no desire to go to their respective parties. Greg takes the opportunity to make sure that Eliott does not deprive himself to please him. Eliott promises her that is not the case. At the same time, Hortense arrives, completely drunk. She then reveals that Eliott hates Japan and that Greg didn’t even realize it. Betrayed, Eliott declares that he never wants to see Hortense again…
Enzo is discouraged
Arriving at the pop-up, Enzo manages to climb onto the wooden platform using a ramp. But he then finds himself stuck in a corridor, too narrow for his chair. David and Billie come to help him loosen the wheel of his chair which is blocked. Enzo then gives them the green light to start cooking.
Seeing David chatting with customers during his break, Enzo decides to take over the croques. He opens the oven and takes out the plate, although it is too high for him. Billie comes to lend him a hand. David comes back to inform them that the customers he’s been talking to want to taste Enzo’s surprise sandos. The latter agrees to serve them even if the pop up is not yet officially open. Stressed, he wants to actively participate in the training, but he drops a bowl and spills its contents.
At the end of the day, Enzo joins chef Armand in the kitchen, declaring that the pop-up is not suitable for his armchair. Clotilde suggests that he take his marks little by little or ask Joachim to make adjustments. But Enzo realizes that he is not independent enough and loses hope.
In the cafeteria, Enzo confides in Vic about his despair. This encourages him not to give up.
Anaïs receives an incredible proposal
In the vegetable garden, Théo and Anaïs discuss what they have planned for the summer. When Anaïs declares that she intends to stay quiet, she receives a message from Teyssier, who summons her to his office.
Teyssier congratulates Anaïs on her defense and wishes to know her plans for the summer. Anaïs admits to needing to breathe. But Teyssier has another option to submit to him: a place in a gourmet restaurant…
Anaïs joins Theo in the kitchen after the service and tells him about her father’s proposal. Théo encourages the young woman to seize this opportunity. Anaïs then reveals to him that Teyssier offered him to be the head of Double A, in co-direction with him. Theo is overjoyed.
Later, Théo meets his father at the Economat. He tries to find out what he has in mind. Emmanuel declares that the Double A will be able to benefit from their super chemistry in the kitchen. Pleasantly surprised, Theo thanks him for this initiative.
