(CercleFinance.com) – Herige publishes for the past year a net income group share multiplied by nearly two to 19.1 million euros and an EBITDA up 34.3% to 46.9 million, for a record turnover of 712 million, up 18.6%.
On the basis of these results, the supervisory board decided to propose, during the general meeting of June 3, the payment of a dividend of 1.80 euros per share which would be paid from June 13 ( detachment of the coupon on June 9).
The construction materials trader believes that it should continue to benefit in 2022 from the good dynamics of its main markets, but approaches the financial year by remaining vigilant, pointing to the tensions on the prices of raw materials.
