(AOF) – Herige has published a turnover for the 2021 financial year of 712 million euros, a record for the company, representing a growth of 18.6% over one year (+18.8 % on a comparable basis). Compared to 2019, this represents an increase of 14.5% (+13.2% on a comparable basis). In the fourth quarter, the building materials specialist recorded revenues up 5.9% year on year (+6.2% on a comparable basis), to 178.5 million euros.
This growth at the end of the year was mitigated by an unfavorable base effect due to the post-lockdown catch-up effect linked to the covid-19 health crisis. Compared to the same period in 2019 (before the crisis), the Group’s activity increased by 16.9% (+15.6% at constant scope).
In view of this good level of activity, combined with the deployment of its performance shares, Herige reaffirmed its expectation of a solid operational performance for the financial year ended December 31, 2021.
