Hexaom: 41% increase in annual net profit

(CercleFinance.com) – Hexaom published Friday evening a net result from continuing activities up 40.9% to 33.4 million euros and a current operating profit up 20.4% to 38.4 million at title of 2023, for a turnover up 6.3% to 1.02 billion.

‘The orders taken at the end of February 2024 reflect, as anticipated, a market which remains difficult for all players in the sector (drop of more than 40% in reservations in new real estate in 2023)’, however indicates the house builder.

The board of directors will propose to the AGM of June 5 not to pay a dividend for 2023 in order to ‘preserve its fundamentals, its cash position but also to ensure a fair distribution of the efforts required of everyone in a context of unprecedented crisis’.

Hexaom anticipates a decrease in its 2024 production of around 25 to 30% compared to 2023, but due to measures to adjust its cost structure, Hexaom expects operational profitability to be maintained between 3 and 4%. of turnover for the financial year.
