Hexaom: 9.7% increase in annual turnover

(CercleFinance.com) – Hexaom publishes this evening a turnover of 996.6 ME for the 2021 financial year, an increase of 13% compared to 2020 (+ 9.7% at constant scope).

Growth was driven by all of the group’s businesses, whether it be Home Construction (+3.5%, to 718.5 ME), Renovation (+18.5%, to 181.7 ME), Development (+172.2%, to 29.4 ME) or Promotion (+183%, to 67 ME).

In the fourth quarter of 2021, the Group recorded revenue of €289.2 million, up +6.5% (+1.5% at constant scope) compared to the same period last year.

“This level of production remains sustained but has been strongly impacted by the extension of delivery times in the supply chain of materials suffered by all players in the building industry”, notes Hexaom.

The group estimates that production should show growth again in 2022 and that it will remain ‘very vigilant about maintaining margins in a context of rising material prices and the application of the new 2020 Environmental Regulations.’
