In the fourth quarter of 2021, the Hexaom Group announced a turnover of 289.2 million euros, up 6.5% (+1.5% constant scope) compared to the same period of the previous financial year. Despite the growth, the activity was seriously disrupted by the lengthening of delivery times in the supply chain of materials suffered by all players in the building industry. Over the year, turnover thus came close to one billion euros and amounted to 996.6 million euros, up 13% compared to 2020 (+9.7% at constant scope).
This growth is driven by all of the Group’s businesses. The Home Construction activity recorded revenue of 718.5 million, representing organic growth of 3.5%. The Renovation activity plays a large part in the dynamic with annual activity of 181.7 million euros, up 18.5%. Finally, the new Development and Development activities posted a strong increase and accounted for a total of 96.4 million in Hexaom’s turnover.
For 2022, due to the excellent commercial performance recorded over the whole of the 2021 financial year, and despite the extension of construction times, production should once again show growth.
