Hollowbody launches its Kickstarter campaign

New project from Headware Games, the studio behind Chasing Static, Hollowbody promises to be a horror survival game with references rooted in the 90s. Currently, the studio is targeting a release date in 2024 without further details. On the platform side, only a PC version is on the agenda for the moment, but the title could be offered a console release depending on the Kickstarter results.

Indeed, a crowdfunding campaign has just started for the development of Hollowbody. The latter is aiming for 15,000 pounds sterling, or just over 17,000 euros. And with 29 days left in the campaign, nearly £6,000 has already been raised. Good news that could mean a longer and more extensive adventure than that planned by the studio today (about 3 hours of play).

Hollowbody Trailer

Presented as a third-person horror and survival game, Hollowbody will take us on a dystopian version of our near future. You will embody Mica, a carrier specializing in the black market. When you are given the task of dropping off goods in a run-down British town, nothing will go as planned. The delivery location is completely abandoned and as you try to leave the premises, a mysterious flash of light will crash your flying vehicle. You will then have to do everything possible to try to escape from this hell populated by nightmarish creatures and above all to survive.
