The recipe for homemade yogurt with jam

Ingredients :

  • 1 liter of whole raw milk
  • 3 teaspoons of lactic acid bacteria
  • jam of your choice

The preparation steps:

Step 1 : put a saucepan in cold water, drain lightly and bring the milk to the boil. When the temperature of the milk reaches 85 ° C, lower the heat just enough to maintain the temperature. Leave for 15 minutes at 85 ° C.

2nd step : remove the milk from the heat and allow the temperature to drop to around 60 ° C.

Step 3: pour the lactic acid bacteria into the hot milk while mixing.

Step 4: add a spoonful of jam to the bottom of the jars, then pour the milk over them. Cover the jars.

Step 5: heat a bit of water in a casserole dish with a lid. When the water reaches 45 ° C, remove from the heat.

Step 6: place the pots in the bottom of water. Close the lid and leave for a good 3 hours.

Step 7: let the yogurts cool completely and place them in the fridge before tasting.

The recipe for homemade chocolate yogurt

Ingredients :

  • 1 liter of whole milk
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 0.5 g of agar agar (about half a level teaspoon)
  • 1 natural yogurt

The preparation steps:

Step 1 : in a saucepan, melt the chocolate with the milk until the mixture becomes creamy.

2nd step : then add the vanilla, yogurt and condensed milk then mix. Let the mixture cool well.

Step 3: meanwhile put about 4 cl of water in a pressure cooker and bring it up to pressure. Stop as soon as heat escapes.

Step 4: in a bowl, put the yogurt and mix it with a wooden spoon to make it creamy.

Step 5: gradually add the chocolate milk while stirring.

Step 6: pour this preparation into jars (without closing them) and leave them in the closed casserole dish for 12 hours (one night).

Ingredients :

  • 150 g of speculoos
  • 250 g of plain yogurt
  • 8 tablespoons of caramel sauce
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

The preparation steps:

The preparation steps:
