Housing: it is becoming urgent to worry about the energy diagnosis


The ticking of the clock is ringing louder and louder for landlord owners who own a property with a low energy performance certificate (DPE). As of August 25 of this year, energy sieves, i.e. F and G classified housing, will no longer be able to experience a rent increase, not even indexed to the benchmark index (often the maximum authorized ), whether for the current occupant or a new one.
