PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)–The leisure vehicle distributor Hunyvers announced on Monday the approval of its registration document by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), the first step in its plan to enter the market. regulated by Euronext Growth in Paris.
Founded in 2006, Hunyvers has 15 concessions in which the Limoges company distributes more than 45 specialist brands in itinerant tourism. Its turnover reached 64.5 million euros in the financial year ended at the end of August 2021 and even 91 million euros taking into account the last acquisition made by the company.
Hunyvers’ development strategy is based on three pillars: organic growth, targeted external growth and monetization of its Caramaps digital application, dedicated to itinerant travel and bringing together a community of more than 620,000 members.
The distributor of motorhomes, vans and caravans aims to achieve a turnover of more than 170 million euros during the financial year which will end at the end of August 2025, with an operating margin of 6 .5%.
