(Boursier.com) — Stemcis, subsidiary ofHybrigenics specializing in the treatment of adipose tissue, mesenchymal stem cells and their uses in plastic and reconstructive surgery, announced the introduction of its medical devices on the American market. During the IMCAS congress, the world meeting place for surgery and aesthetic medicine which was held from June 3 to 5 in Paris at the Palais des Congrès, Stemcis and the American company Overnia concluded an exclusive distribution agreement.
Under this distribution agreement, Overnia will have exclusive rights for the sale, marketing and distribution of reconstructive surgery and cosmetic surgery treatment kits and protocols to surgeons and specialized clinics in the United States. Overnia’s California-based sales team will handle sales and training.
