One month before the Miss France 2023 contest, a press conference took place this Friday, November 18. An exchange with the media in which Sylvie Tellier and Alexia Laroche-Joubert participated, who also caused great discomfort following a fairly tense spat.
On December 17, the 30 most beautiful women in France will meet in the room of MACH 36 in Châteauroux to elect the 93rd Miss France. And one month before the prestigious ceremony, a press conference took place in Paris, in the presence of Jean-Pierre Foucault and Frédéric Gilbert, the artistic producer of the show. The competition, which will once again be broadcast on TF1, will have the 7th Art as its central theme this year. Sylvie Tellier: “There you upset me…”

Quickly, Alexia Laroche-Joubert wanted to apologize to her colleague and began a gesture of appeasement by placing her hand on her arm.
“There is no misunderstanding”
In an interview granted to Gala last September, the former beauty queen and the producer had already confided in the alleged tensions. “We are both women of character”, had declared the first, without denying the rumors of discord. As for Alexia Laroche-Joubert, she had made less nuanced remarks: “Even if everyone loves the idea that we can kill each other, there is no misunderstanding. With Sylvie, we sometimes disagreed, but there was no disagreement. The proof, she remains with us until the December election and she is named honorary president. She’s still the boss!”
