A meeting that took place thanks to his friends, as the Quebec singer explained. While she was in Paris as part of a program that paid tribute to Michel Delpech, two relatives of Isabelle Boulay had contacted her by phone. “I have friends who ask me if I knew Éric Dupond-Moretti. They told me they got in his car, and it was a record of me playing in it.”. At the other end of the line were the composer Alain Lanty and Jean-Valère Albertini, then director of the musical label of this one. While the first reported to him that the Minister of Justice “was super nice”the second had insisted that Isabelle Boulay “encounter”Eric Dupond Moretti. “He’s a great man and all that”he had argued, according to the memories of the singer. “We met in a restaurant in Paris, rue de l’arbre sec”, then sued the mom of Marcus. Indeed, according to the account of the interpreter, during their first meeting: “He was already outside and I thought he was waiting for me. But in fact, he had just gone to smoke a cigarette.
