Before it goes into the jungle for the 15th time this year and the candidates of “I’m a star, get me out of here” fight for the crown, fame and honor on RTL, the preparations among the celebrities are in full swing. At least for some.

Preparation for the jungle fight: Tara Tabitha gains seven kilos

Tara Tabitha, 28, reveals: “I didn’t prepare at all – except that I fed myself a bit of bacon. And I’ll also cut my nails,” says the “Ex on the Beach” winner in the video to RTL . There is little food in the jungle – the campers have to earn it as always.

In an interview with “Promiflash”, the 28-year-old also says that she gained seven kilograms before leaving. But she intends to lose them again during her stay in the jungle camp. “I hope that I […] lose up to ten kilograms,” she says. Viewers will soon be able to see live on TV whether that really works.

GZSZ star Eric Stehfest, 32, on the other hand, relies on a healthy diet: “I don’t drink coffee anymore, I do a lot of sport, I’ve tried to get my diet under control.” He’s not alone in that. Because laundry model Janina Youssefian, 39, reveals on Instagram that she hasn’t eaten any spices or sugar for two months. Because there will be none of that in the jungle.

Botox for Harald Glööckler

While participants such as actress Tina Ruland, 55, or “Prince Charming” participant Manuel Flickinger, 33, do not really prepare themselves, fashion designer Harald Glööckler, 56, immediately goes into action. He is accompanied by RTL to the Beauty Doc. However, this time it’s not about wrinkles or lips, but about not smelling in the jungle.

“A lady doesn’t sweat,” says Glööckler. He only wants to sweat in the places that you can’t see. That’s why the 56-year-old has Botox injected into his armpits before participating in the jungle camp. As a result, less sweat is formed in the affected area.

However, the designer will not be seen so changed in the jungle, weeks beforehand he was at all beauty appointments. The make-up is permanent, he will only have to take off his wig. “The look was a big issue. Even if I take it all away,” says Glööckler, pointing to his outfit, “then 50 percent of it will still be there.”

Treatments for former campers

In the past few years, the campers have come up properly so that they don’t have to face the bare facts in the jungle camp. Jenny Frankhauser, 29, did microblading on her eyebrows in 2018 and Tatjana Gsell, 50, had eyelash extensions done.
