(CercleFinance.com) – Icape Holding announces the acquisition of the operational assets of Heissenberger Leiterpltentechnik (HLT), a German distributor of printed circuit boards, an acquisition carried out by its subsidiary Icape Deutschland and financed 100% in cash.
Based in Baden-Württemberg, HLT provides a range of high value-added services in segments as diverse as automotive, home automation, telecoms, aerospace and the medical industry. In 2022, it achieved a turnover of 4.1 million euros.
Through this acquisition, which presents advanced potential for synergies with its German subsidiary, Icape explains that it is ‘strengthening its position as a leading player in one of the major markets for the distribution of PCBs, in Europe and worldwide’.
