(CercleFinance.com) – The investment company IDSud announces that its supervisory board has appointed the firm BM&A, represented by Pierre Béal, as an independent expert in the context of the OPRA project targeting its shares which has been announced on February 6.
Its mission will extend to OPAS which would then be initiated by Jérémie Arnould-Luciani and Marie-Thérèse Luciani who form a joint venture. Given the current size of the supervisory board, it was decided not to set up an ad hoc committee.
The OPRA would be filed subject to the adoption of the necessary resolutions for a capital reduction not motivated by losses by the extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders and after the creditors’ opposition period has expired.
