IEM Road to Rio: the French of HEET join Team Falcons

The last teams have qualified for the final phase of the European RMR, qualifying tournament for the Rio Major on CS:GO.

This weekend ended the last open qualifying stage of the European CMAthe European qualifiers of IEM Road to Rio 2022 on CS:GO. At the end of this fourth qualifying tournament with 64 teams in the final bracket, Jackz and his new HEET teammates qualified by taking third place (16:14 victory against 1win), narrowly missing out on the final against S.A.W.. In the end, the Portuguese team faced Astralis and won 16:12. In addition to these 4 teams mentioned, BenchedHeroes and Team GamerLegion take a ticket for the European RMR.

In October, the second European phase will allow these 20 best teams in the region to join the two pools en route to the IEM in Rio. This will require fighting against teams transferred from PGL Major Antwerp, such as Natus Vincere, ENCE, FaZe Clan, G2, Ninjas in Pajamas or the Germans of BIG. In total, 16 structures will see their seeding for the Rio Major scheduled for the end of the year. We will notably follow the French from HEET and Team Falcons, but also Team Vitality from apEX and ZywOo.
