Imerys announces for its first half of 2022 net income from current operations up 19.7% to €189 million and a sharp increase in current EBITDA to €445 million (+11.2% compared to the year last).
The supplier of mineral specialties achieved record sales of 2.56 billion euros, up 18.7% compared to the first half of 2021, the result of a proactive pricing policy (+16.1 %) in the face of inflationary pressures’.
Imerys announces this opportunity for exclusive negotiations with the investment fund Platinum Equity, with a view to selling the high temperature solutions business for approximately 930 million euros.
