Under the tagline, “Who does not save is not Lyonnais», the chefs will participate in the snacks served to the donors. “All these chefs come voluntarily. Through this important operation, the EFS hopes to attract new donors. Every day, France needs 10,000 donations and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region 1,400. In Lyon, 500 donations a day will be made on Monday and Tuesday at the Palais de la Bourse. “It gives an idea of ​​the importance of this collection.
