The rabbit now lives there with his fellow rabbits. Fundraiser for little Etienne Many “Krone” readers followed little Etienne’s fate. At the end of 2021, citizens of Adnet started the fundraising campaign “A thousand lights for Etienne”. The citizens wanted to organize a therapy dog ​​for the five-year-old Adneter, who was born with a rare genetic disorder and needs support. Almost 24,000 euros came together. In 2022 the time had finally come: Labrador “Zappa” is now looking after little Etienne. The four-legged friend gives him vitality and courage. “Anka” saves her master A six-year-old bitch got help for her injured owner after a dramatic traffic accident. The four-legged friend “Anka” was on July 15 around midnight with her master in the car on the way from the Rauriser Tauernalm towards the district of Wörth. However, the car went off the road, rolled over several times and fell about 30 meters over an embankment. The bitch, who was pregnant at the time, was miraculously unharmed and called for help. The courageous four-legged friend quickly ran to the street and barked at full volume at a following car. This enabled the injured driver to be saved. Daring rescue Shortly after the outbreak of war in the Ukraine, the Tredak family from Hof ​​near Salzburg feared for the lives of their relatives, who were still living in Kyiv at the beginning of March. The situation in Ukraine continued to deteriorate, so Andi Tredak made a courageous decision: he wanted to save his family from the war zone on his own. Because the Austrian authorities could not help the family man, Tredak was very disappointed. So he tried to evacuate his brother-in-law Yoldash to Salzburg with his wife Gözel and baby Leyla. Andi Tredak from Hof ​​would have risked his own life for the love of his family. He almost drove to Kyiv to “get her out of there”. Luckily, he was able to collect his loved ones at the Polish-Ukrainian border.
