(Boursier.com) — Inea announces the off-plan acquisition, via its subsidiary Flex Park, of an Innovespace business park in Chalifert in Seine-et-Marne, in the very popular and very well served area of Disneyland Paris, to the east of the capital . Acquired from ALSEI, this program will offer a rental area of 15,315 m2 (11,546 m2 of activity on the ground floor and 3,769 m2 of offices on the mezzanine), divided between 6 buildings, and 161 parking spaces. “If Inea has positioned itself on this asset, it is also because of its strategic location for activity, in an area with few new programs that meet the latest environmental standards, and its excellent accessibility, with the close to the A4”, comments Arline Gaujal-Kempler.
The delivery of the program is planned in two phases: the first (3 buildings) at the end of May 2024, the second no later than the end of 2025.
The complex will benefit from the Breeam Construction Very Good and Biodivercity labels, the latter attesting to the actions taken to take into account all the subjects related to biodiversity at the different stages of the real estate project.
The amount of the transaction amounts to 27.8 million euros.
