At around 4.55 p.m. in downtown Villach, a woman from Klagenfurt (35) was about to turn left from a parking lot onto 10th October Street when the accident occurred. She overlooked two pedestrians, a 30-year-old man from the Villach-Land district and his father, who had walked together from the city center in the direction of Peraustrasse.
