In 2016, the creator of Inscryption released an oddity in the video game landscape, Pony Island. On the occasion of the Game Awards, Daniel Mullins returns with a sequel entitled Pony Island 2 Panda Circus.
And like its predecessor, the title doesn’t have much to do with ponies. Pony Island 2: Panda Circus promises to be a phantasmagorical journey through time that mixes myths, divinities and video games.
Players will play a young nomad who was destined to conquer the world. Everything, except his premature death which condemns him to wander in the earthly prison. The objective will then be to escape the influence of the demons of Hell with your soul but also your whole head. It’s up to you to know how to bargain with demons, each more zany and strange than the last.
No release date has been disclosed for Pony Island 2 for the moment except for a year at the end of the video which oscillates between 2025 and 2026. You will therefore have to be patient before being able to discover the crazy new title from Daniel Mullins Games on Steam.
