Stories are the very essence ofinstagram in terms of video format, alongside the Reels. But for the past few hours, some users have been faced with an annoying problem that encourages them to review old Stories over and over.
At the beginning of the month, the platform announced to increase the time of Reels and facilitate their use. A few weeks later, an unfortunate bug invaded Instagram Stories, preventing regulars of the social network from accessing new videos without constantly revisiting previous ones.
Instagram Stories face a strange bug
It all started on Tuesday. As reported 9to5Mac, users have reported a mysterious bug causing them to continually re-visit already-opened Stories. Normally, the social network systematically takes into account where you left off in order to offer you the opportunity to view the latest publications from the accounts you follow.
However, over the hours, more and more people found themselves confronted with this unfortunate problem and did not fail to report it on Twitter. The Meta group has therefore officially expressed itself on the subject, declaring that it is aware of the situation and affirms that it is doing everything possible to correct this as quickly as possible, as reported by The Verge.
