Apple has already started distributing the third version of the iOS 17 beta. All users who have signed up for the Apple Developer Program will receive an update in the coming days. Of course, a large part of the beta consists of finding and fixing bugs and errors, but smaller innovations are still being added all the time. This is also the case with this update.
What’s new in iOS 17 beta version 3
A new button has now been added to Apple Music that shows you the exact credits for a song or other media. Composers, artists etc. are then listed there in order to appreciate their work more. Also new is a summary for the apps ”Home” and ”Podcasts”. As soon as you open it for the first time, you will see an overview of all the changes and innovations that come with iOS 17. That was probably not the case before.
Also new is the display of the photo app in iMessage. There, a static icon is no longer used as a preview, but the newest image in your photo gallery. So as soon as you take a new photo or download it, the app’s icon will change again. Even though it’s a minor update on paper, there are a lot of changes going on in the background that will make iOS 17 much better. We still have to be patient until the final release.
