Apple released the iPhone 14 just a few weeks ago. The next new iPhone could follow in spring 2023. It will probably be the iPhone SE 4. Rumor has it that there will be a major design change in the SE series.
The iPhone SE may get a new design
Ross Young is a well-known leaker to Macrumors, he has now commented on the iPhone 4 SE. According to his information, Apple is planning a new design for the iPhone SE 4. It should be 6.1 inches in size and have a notch on the top of the display. Overall, the design should be very similar to that of the iPhone X, which would make chronological sense, since the previous iPhone SE was based on the design of the iPhone 8.

It is still unclear whether the new SE can be unlocked with Face ID or Touch ID. However, the notch is more indicative of Face ID, as it requires a True Depth camera, which Apple could hide in the notch. A home button is required for Touch ID.
