Secret Story 2024 is coming soon! But viewers are already complaining about an annoying detail when watching the show on TF1, which unveiled the trailer.
It’s official: Secret Story is making its return to TF1! The cult reality TV show in which each candidate has a secret, must protect it and discover that of others, will therefore not be relegated to TNT for this twelfth season. The first channel had teased this comeback with the RER announcements in the Paris region with the “Voice”, heard in the Maison des Secrets.
But if viewers are eager to see the program again, they are very unhappy with a detail which is very important. And they make it known on social networks. This Tuesday, April 2, 2024, Christophe Beaugrand confirmed that he would be the host of the show, and said he was “very happy”. TF1 specified that there would be a prime and dailies, such as Star Academy (the promotion of which is in full tour), and revealed the trailer. But when will Secret Story be broadcast?

Secret Story 2024: what Internet users don’t like
Dance with the stars is every Friday evening. The Voice is every Saturday. Secret Story 2024 will be Tuesday! But, what about Koh-Lanta (whose candidate is accused of sexual assault)? TF1 did not only make people happy by revealing the program schedule: the prime will be at 11:30 p.m., after the adventure show. As for the dailies, they will be every day at 5:30 p.m.
On X (former Twitter), the reactions were not long in coming: “Everyone is waiting for the return of Secret Story so you put it on at 11:30 p.m. on a Tuesday?! Is this a late April Fool’s joke?”, “At 11:30 p.m.? There won’t be many people”, “It shows, the one who decided the schedule, he is unemployed without children”, “The show is going to flop”… Some even had fun teasing TF1: “A Tuesday? At 10:30 p.m.? You think you’re Beyonce or something”.

TF1 does the same as Koh-Lanta
Some viewers clearly announced that they would not be there due to this schedule: “No, but again on Friday I’m fine, but on Tuesday! At 11:30 p.m.? Is it wrong or what?”, “I was waiting for the return but this late, it will be replayed on the weekend I think”.
Many do not take off and also make the connection with Koh-Lantatraditionally broadcast on Friday and now on Tuesday for several seasons: “Already Koh-Lanta, we no longer have faith then. For a comeback, you have some nerve”, “You destroyed Koh-Lanta by putting it on Tuesday, that wasn’t enough for you”, “You act like Koh-Lanta, it’s nonsense, don’t complain about the drop in audiences”… An Internet user explains his theory, justifying such a schedule: “It’s normal.
