The former Miss France, now an actress in Criminal Tropics, spoke about his family, his daughters, but also his parents. Miss France 2000 revealed that her mother was opposed to the idea of her participating in Miss France, hoping that she would study. His father, for his part, "was convinced"that she was destined for a different future and that she was going to be crowned Miss France, becoming the first woman of African origin to have received this title… which caused him some trouble. After having mentioned her parents, Sonia Rolland made tender confidences about her daughters. She is indeed the mother of Tess and Kahina. Her eldest was born from her relationship with Christophe Rocancourt while the youngest was born during her union with Jalil Lespert, today in a relationship with Laeticia Hallyday. For this new season of Criminal Tropics, Sonia Rolland, again in a relationship, wanted to keep her daughters with her. Tess and Kahina were on the trip to Fort-de-France, capital of Martinique, where the series is filmed. "It was especially the youngest, the ten-year-old, Kahina, who expressed her desire to come, because she said to herself that after school there is the beach and that is really good"exclaimed Sonia Rolland.
