(CercleFinance.com) – As part of the strategy of its Connext’25 plan, IT Link announces that it has completed the acquisition on December 28 of the company RADèS, an expert in supervision and operational excellence in banking- finance-insurance.
This acquisition allows IT Link to strengthen its presence in Île-de-France with 40 new consultants, while doubling its activities in banking-finance-insurance. The transaction is expected to have a positive effect on the margin as of fiscal 2023.
The integration of RADèS into the consolidated scope of the consulting and engineering group will be effective on December 31, 2022. The price of this acquisition, paid in cash, was mainly financed by a bank loan.
