It’s official, a God of War series is coming to Amazon Prime Video!


We knew that the project had been under discussion for several months already, and it’s official today: a live action series adapted from the video game god of war has just been ordered by Amazon for its Prime Video streaming platform.

After the release of the acclaimed God of War: Ragnarok November 9, this news confirms the growing interest around the universe of Kratos. And let the fans rejoice, pretty people are in charge of the project.

The series will thus be directed and produced by Rafe Judkins, already showrunner of The Wheel of Timeand written by Mark Fergus and Hawk Ostby, the duo behind the films Iron Man and The Sons of Men. They will be supported in production by Cory Barlog, emblematic creator of the latest cult games in the franchise. A guarantee of quality.
