Japan: a tsunami warning after a magnitude 7.3 earthquake in the east of the country

Tepco said on Twitter that it was carrying out checks on its facilities, including the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, which had been severely damaged by a gigantic tsunami caused by a magnitude 9 earthquake in 2011.
