He bought a house and completely changed his profession: he became a garbage collector in Chinon. Despite everything, his passion for animals remains very present and in his free time he takes care of raising chickens and ram rabbits.
A drastic life change
At the same time, Jean-Michel wrote and has already released two books on his career as a farmer, but also on his experience in the adventure of Love is in the meadow. In 2021, he confided to Tele-Leisure : “I feel very good. The fact of no longer having my farm, of writing, that really helped me. Today, I love what I do. At first, no longer working on the farm left me was missing, but now everything is fine! I fixed everything without going to see a shrink!” he had explained. “I always work on the side. I don’t like to write too much but it comes by itself, the ideas come to me at night and I write, helped by someone”, he also added. If he is still looking for love, he had confided to having had a lot of stories since his participation in Love in the meadow.
