Jennifer Garner has three teenagers to raise. In an interview, she revealed how much understanding she has for this phase of life.

Mother-of-three Jennifer Garner, 50, has shared insights into her children’s upbringing. In an interview with “People” magazine, she openly explainedhow she treats her children, some of whom are already teenagers. Above all, she knows how difficult it is to grow up these days: “I just have a big heart for teenagers, I love them, I love what they’re going through.”

In the new Apple TV+ miniseries, The Last Thing He Told Me, Garner will play a stepmother named Hannah who is being terrorized by her stepdaughter, Bailey (played by Angourie Rice, 22). For her, a completely different situation than in reality: “My children are not mean – they are teenagers, but they are not mean, not to me.” Nevertheless, the role was “funny” because it shows a different level of young people that you have to deal with. For her personally, the key to providing good support for her own children in this phase of life is her open nature: she also wants to learn new things from her offspring.

The Golden Globe winner has two daughters and a son from her marriage to fellow actor Ben Affleck, 50: Violet Anne, 17, Seraphine Rose, 14, and Samuel, 11. Affleck and Garner married in 2005 and announced their split in 2015.
