Jill Biden is a fan of April Fools’ Day. On Thursday, she duped journalists disguised as a flight attendant.
Jill Biden, 69, is a big fan of April Fools’ Day jokes. And so the First Lady of the United States did not refrain on Thursday (April 1st) from deceiving her employees and some journalists. According to a tweet from a New York Times correspondent in Washington The wife of US President Joe Biden (78) is said to have dressed up as a flight attendant during a flight. “During the return flight, a flight attendant with a short black wig, a black suit, a black face mask and a name tag with the name” Jasmine “ran through the press booth and distributed ice cream,” says the tweet.
A few minutes later, “Jasmine” came back into the cabin without a wig and said, “April! April!” as Dr. Jill Biden revealed. Neither the journalists nor their own staff would have recognized the first lady. It’s not the first time Jill Biden has tried an April Fool’s joke on an airplane: she played a prank on her husband while serving as the United States’ second lady. Joe Biden noticed according to a tweet from Forbes journalist Andrew Solender the absence of his wife during a flight with Air Force Two and found her after a short search in the hand luggage compartment above a seat.
